From the heart of Risaralda, where the mountains whisper in the wind and the river nourishes the land, Risaralda coffee is born.
We celebrate Colombia's coffee tradition by growing exceptional beans in the heart of the Coffee Belt, a region recognized worldwide for its quality. Our specialty coffees come from farms located in Risaralda, where the richness of the volcanic soil and sustainable cultivation techniques guarantee unique and exquisite flavors.
La Rivera Coffee
This coffee belongs to varieties such as Caturra and Castillo, and goes through a washing process after fermentation. The farm works with a traditional washing process, where the coffee is fermented between 20 and 24 hours before being dried in the sun, ensuring a clean and high-quality cup. This artisanal approach, together with the altitude of the farm (1,750 meters above sea level), allows for a coffee with complex and well-balanced flavors.
This coffee is available in different presentations, such as whole beans, ground or in drip bags, which makes it versatile for different consumers and occasions.

Caturra Nitro Coffee
Caturra Nitro Coffee is a specialty coffee produced in the Risaralda region, specifically on farms such as Finca La Riviera and Finca Milán. This coffee stands out for its innovative fermentation process, called "nitro" fermentation, in which a controlled atmosphere with nitrogen injection is used. This process helps to intensify the flavor profiles, maintaining a balance between fruity and sweet notes, such as melon, watermelon, guava, pineapple, and floral notes such as hibiscus and rose.
The process is carried out in specialized bioreactors and takes advantage of the embryonic stress of the coffee seed, increasing cellular activity to highlight unique and complex flavors.
This coffee has a SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) score of over 88 points, which places it in the high-quality coffee category.
